This vehicle is capable of comprehensive concrete loading, transportation, and unloading from the well to the underground construction surface. If an unknown fault occurs during the operation of a vehicle, it can cause the engine to stall and the vehicle to be unable to start normally for a short period of time, ultimately affecting the normal operation of the mixing tank. If the concrete remains in the mixing tank for an extended period, it will solidify, leading to the complete scrapping of the mixing tank.
In order to address the above issues, our company has added a special rescue system to the hydraulic system of the vehicle.
Our plan involves preparing two rescue high-pressure oil pipes with a length of 25-4000mm and one return oil pipe with a length of 4000mm. We will use the same vehicle model for rescue purposes, and the motor hose on the faulty vehicle will be removed. The rescue hose will then be connected to the hydraulic pump on the rescue vehicle and used to remove all the concrete from the mixing tank completely.
